Account Deletion Notice

Hello, we are sorry to see you go. After deletion, you will not be able to log into the game products linked to your account which are operated by Dream Plus Games Limited Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dream Plus). This account will not be recoverable. Unless otherwise stated by laws and regulations, or this notice, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and game character information associated with your account. To ensure the safety of your account and property, when you submit your deletion request, please confirm that you have carefully read the following conditions and that they have been met.

1. Please confirm that your account has no unusual activity and that the account is in use by you and not at risk of being blocked or stolen.

2. Please make sure that game items have been cleared or properly handled, including, but not limited to, diamonds, Treasury items, event items, other items, monthly cards, annual cards, funds, and other benefits. Please handle these properly, or if not, we will regard these benefits as having been voluntarily given up.

3. Please ensure that the account has no unfinished purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, diamonds, funds, monthly cards, annual cards, packs, other items, etc.

4. Please confirm that there are no disputes on the account, including complaints reported, complaints reported by others, arbitration, litigation, attribution and other disputes; if there is an attribution dispute during the account deletion period, Dream Plus has the right to terminate the deletion process.

5. After deleting your account, you will not be able to continue logging-in and using it.

6. Upon deletion, Dream Plus has the right to no longer provide you with any services relating to your account.

7. Any inconvenience or disadvantage caused by the deletion of your account will be at your own risk.

Note: Once account is deleted, data of all Characters in all Servers associated with the account will be lost and cannot be recovered.

 

Account Deletion Confirmation

Hello, in order to avoid accidental deletion, please confirm that you would like to delete your account and accept all consequences as a result of deletion. This includes, but is not limited to (please refer to the Account Deletion Notice for further details):

1. Once the account is deleted, you will not be able to log in and use your game account, and the account will not be recoverable. Unless stated otherwise by laws and regulations, or the Account Deletion Notice, your personal information attached to the game account will be deleted or anonymized and you will NOT be able to retrieve any personal information and further inquiries into the matter will NOT be fulfilled.

2. All current and future benefits or privileges associated with the account will be removed. Accordingly, you are also reminded to ensure that you have properly managed your game benefits or privileges before deleting your account. Otherwise, after the account has been successfully deleted, we have the right to remove all game data such as benefits or privileges associated with the account, and the consequences arising from this shall be your own responsibility. The aforementioned game benefits or privileges include, but are not limited to, all remaining virtual game items such as diamonds, packs, monthly cards, annual cards, funds, other game services, other virtual goods, and value-added services in the account.
